In the month of February 2020, several relatively small but still important projects were completed:

• To prevent a jungle-like habitat from forming underneath the house, plastic sheets were laid over the dirt and then covered with gravel
• LED lights were hung in the trees in the parking area behind the house and also wrapped around the support column posts of the house
• A sign for the front of the property was manufactured from local wood and placed at the entrance of the driveway that connects to Lagunas Road
